After completing her Honours Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University, Anny graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2017. With her passion for people, Anny’s goal as a massage therapist is to work with clients to optimize their health and help them feel their best.

Anny is completed the McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture course in June as she continues to look for ways to expand her approach to achieving each individual’s goals. She uses various other techniques and modalities such as:

• Deep Tissue massage

• Pregnancy massage

• Acupunture

• Joint mobilization

• Scar Tissue Work

• Hydrotherapy

• Cupping

In her spare time, you can find Anny serving McMaster’s campus with LIFT Church or exploring the beautiful city of Hamilton and trying new restaurants.
